F.A.Q.

Answers to the questions we most often receive on interesting areas for investment.

Castleford invests in U.S. and Canadian domiciled businesses.  Those businesses may have international operations, but leadership is located and a substantial portion of revenues are generated in the U.S. and Canada.

While Castleford does not invest in the devices themselves, we do invest in the services that are utilized by medical device companies to develop, manufacture and distribute their products.

Through Allegiance BioSciences, Castleford invests in the acquisition and commercialization of specialty and generic pharmaceutical products.  Castleford does not invest in early stage pharmaceutical products.

Castleford is a private equity investor.  Typically venture investments are too early and require a different sets of expertise and risk capital than Castleford has to offer.

Castleford is interested in middle market companies.  These companies are established, have a management team in place, are profitable and are seeking growth capital along with expertise to take them to the next level.

Start-ups are a very different type of investment, with a different risk profile as they as very early.  These types of businesses are not a fit for the investors, advisors, and expertise of Castleford.

We wish you the best with your endeavor.
